Privacy Policy

The public beta does not require an account. Generated tickets, saved history, budget limits, preferences, and beta counters are stored in your browser on your device.

Information Nico’s does not silently collect

Nico’s Lottery Lab does not intentionally receive ticket barcodes, ticket images, payment information, precise location, government identification, saved selections, or budget amounts. The beta-feedback tool creates a report for you to copy or download; it does not upload that report.

Your choices

Clear saved tickets inside the Lab or remove site data through your browser. Backup and feedback files are created only when you request them. Official lottery links have their own privacy policies.

Future changes

Cloud accounts, central analytics, email lists, advertising, and payments are not active. This policy must be updated before any of those systems collect information.
